Zoe Technologies and Thomas Nelson, Inc. begin work on new Tablet PC Bible

In 2003 Nelson Bibles established itself as a cutting edge Bible publisher with the release of their Bible Zine™ line of Bible s. Breaking new ground again, Thomas Nelson, Inc. ( NYSE :TNM) and Zoe Technologies, Inc. have announced today that they are in the process of developing the first ever New King James Version Bible (NKJV) created specifically for the emerging Tablet PC market.

“The Tablet PC market is poised for exponential growth, and we are excited to be the first major publisher in the marketplace to offer Bible software for Tablet PC users,” says Michael S. Hyatt, President and Chief Operational Officer of Thomas Nelson, Inc. “Our software will allow users to interact with the Bible in much the same way that they interact with their leather bound version at home – taking notes in the margins, underlying key words and passages – while at the same time offering a comprehensive interactive experience with quick referencing, indexing and search capabilities.”

Working in conjunction with Zoe Technologies, Inc., Nelson Bible's is pioneering the market by producing a New King James Version of the Bible for the Tablet PC available for download on TabletBible.com. In addition to being promoted on TabletBible.com, the NKJV Tablet PC Bible will be cross-promoted on tabletpcpost.com and tabletpcbuzz.com, the premier user site for Tablet PC users and will also be promoted through grassroots efforts on the internet.

The bible will be available for download at TabletBible.com on December 1, 2004.
